Official Filings

The Moves They Must File, Explained

Acquisitions, leadership changes, results, restructuring and insolvency — from SEC EDGAR for US public companies and Companies House for UK companies — read daily and explained in plain language.

How It Works

Three Steps, Then It Runs Itself.

  1. 01

    We match the company

Each competitor is matched to its registered entity. Only a clear match is followed; anything else waits for you to confirm.

  2. 02

    We read the registers daily

New 8-Ks, annual and quarterly reports, merger filings, accounts, director changes and insolvency notices.

  3. 03

    We explain what matters

Material filings become alerts; routine ones are listed but stay quiet. A filing the press also covers is one alert.

What You Get

Built For Precision.

  • SEC EDGAR and Companies House

US-listed and UK-registered companies, read from the official registers.

  • What changed in the report

Quarterly and annual reports compared with the last one: risks added and removed, revenue by segment.

  • Board and leadership changes

Executive moves from 8-Ks, and UK director appointments and resignations.

  • Confirmed, never guessed

An unclear match is a question for you, not a filing in your feed.

FAQ

Questions, Answered

Which companies have filings?

Companies listed in the US and companies registered in the UK. For a private company elsewhere, the profile says there are no public filings — everything else still works.

Which filings count?

Material events — acquisitions, results, leadership changes, financing, restructuring, IPO and merger filings, insolvency — not insider trades or routine forms.

What about directors' personal data?

Only a director's published name, role and appointment dates are kept. Birth dates, nationality and addresses are never stored.
